As a security measure, all luggages are subject to inspection (hand search) and/or X-ray. All luggages are also subject to any airport rules and regulations regarding storage of luggage.

Valuable goods or important documents are not recommended for storage. Luggage Storage services will not be liable for the loss of any goods or documents.

Unclaimed luggage (Baggage not collected on time and left for more than three (3) months from the agreed collection date (as stated on the receipt) will be disposed off by the management (in any way it sees fit) without any further notice or compensation to the owner.)

A penalty fee of MYR100 (Malaysian Ringgit Hundred Only) will be charged for lost key.

The penalty of the loss of storage receipt is a fine of MYR50 (Malaysian Ringgit Fifty Only). Proof of identity that is acceptable to the management (Minimum Passport of the receipt and baggage owner) will be required before the management will release any luggage. Under no circumstances is the management obligated to release the stored luggage in the absence of a proper luggage claim tag/ receipt.
